Household Ventilation & Airconditioning Work
This is a project we know like the back of our hands. The client wanted a vent system that is not too invasive for their home. Unlike ordinary square air vents that give the impression of an office space, we offer understated round-faced vents that will surely blend into the aesthetic of your home.
Their workers also reported that the airflow the chiller produces is too strong and too cold for them to work comfortably. We fixed both problems by installing diffusers to adjust the airflow and ensure the air was still cold enough to preserve the integrity of the meat products they were packaging. The chiller no longer produced condensation as the air around it is now optimal for it to function as intended.

Chiller Condensation Correction & Airflow Stabilization: Meat Factory
This client came to us to have their chiller fixed after they were left with units that produced condensation on its underside. For a food manufacturer, this is a major problem as the water droplets can tamper with their products' quality. The image on the left is the unit before intervention.

Airflow Optimization: Salad and Greens Plant
Just like with the previous project, workers at this food facility complained that they were uncomfortable working in specific areas of their production facility due to airflow from AC-units being too strong. We installed textile diffusers to dampen the airflow and provide a more consistent stream that still cools the area with better efficiency and less disruption to staff.

Office Duct Work
Our team successfully completed this ventilation project for an office space which presented unique challenges due to its uneven ceilings and diagonally angled walls. We meticulously designed a customized ventilation system that ensured optimal airflow throughout the area, taking into account the building's architectural complexities.
After careful deliberation, our ventilation planner was able to find an ingenious solution to the office's challenging layout, only using conventional spiral ducts. Our team made the appropriate adjustments to the ventilation parts on-site and we were able to install the ducts flush to the ceiling's corners instead of perpendicular to the floor. We were able to complete the project on time and within the stipulated budget, showcasing our commitment to excellence in every detail.

Winery Cooling System
Proper cooling and ventilation are crucial in a winery to guarantee optimal ageing and storage of wines. The system we installed helps maintain the ideal temperature and humidity levels of the winery, which are essential for preserving the quality and flavour of the wine, as well as keeping customers and visitors comfortable in the lounge.
